A resident of the U.S. state of Arizona Jacob Anthony Chansley, who, according to investigators, was captured during the storming of the Capitol building on January 6, 2021 in the image of a “Viking”, was charged. This was reported on the website of the U.S. Justice Department on January 9.
“Three men have been indicted in federal court in the District of Columbia in connection with the riots,” the report reads.
It is noted that Chanceley was among those charged. The man, who was allegedly pictured wearing a bear hat with horns and a spear during the riot, is charged with forcible entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, as well as intentionally entering a prohibited building without lawful authority.
