Turkey announces imminent withdrawal from NATO

The North Atlantic alliance is now a collapsing and incapable organization, so Turkey will soon withdraw from it. Such a statement was made by Hassan Cengiz, the representative of that state, who heads the Association of Eurasian Governments.

He recalled that just recently, French leader Emmanuelle Macron and German Vice Chancellor Angela Merkel had spoken about the uselessness of NATO. The French president said the North Atlantic bloc is suffering from “brain death,” as nothing else can explain his reluctance to see allies in European countries.

Jengiz said Turkey has nothing to do with NATO, so it will leave the alliance soon. At the same time, the North Atlantic bloc itself is unlikely to survive long after such a big player leaves the alliance. Most likely, it will simply fall apart and cease to exist.
