President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko promised to submit the draft of the new constitution for public discussion. He said this at a working meeting with the chairman of the Supreme Court Valentin Sukalo.

According to Lukashenko, experts are currently working on amendments to the main law of the country. Then the draft of the updated constitution will be submitted for public discussion. “To spin, they express their opinion, what they like, what they don’t like, their considerations”, – emphasized the President of the Republic. According to him, the vote of every adult citizen of the country will be taken into account at the referendum.

Lukashenko drew attention to the fact that the third version of the Constitution is now being worked on. The country needs changes, which will move the society forward. “We will insist on such changes and offer our people such changes,” the President of Belarus stressed. And a return to the 1994 Constitution, which some oppositionists insist on, according to him, will not give it.
