The National Guard of the US state of Wisconsin reported the death of the pilot of the F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter jet.
The jet crashed while performing a training flight. The fighter of the 115th Squadron crashed in the state of Michigan. A search and rescue operation is underway at the crash site. The circumstances of the crash are being investigated.
